How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery in the US usually takes 5–10 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Yes! Shipping is free on every US order over $35. Smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.

That's what our Happy Tail promise is for. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Just contact us and we'll walk you through it.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page has a size guide. Measure your pet as described there and, if they're between two sizes, pick the larger one. Still unsure? Send us a message with their breed and weight.
